The story behind Rivagé
The Malabar coast made India the centre of the spice world; Roman ships once sailed home loaded with its pepper and cardamom. Malabar bottles the coast at monsoon's arrival — petrichor rising off laterite earth, bruised green spice, coconut water freshness and the deep cool of vetiver roots washed by rain.
